Stephanie is a compassionate and dedicated migration lawyer known for her client-focused approach and ability to navigate complex and sensitive matters with care. She works closely with individuals on temporary visas and those with uncertain or precarious visa status, providing strategic and practical legal support tailored to each client’s circumstances.

Stephanie has significant experience at the intersection of migration law, family law, and family violence. She regularly assists clients with partner and non-partner visa applications involving family violence provisions, protection visa applications, merits review matters before the Administrative Review Tribunal, and visa cancellations under sections 116 and 501 of the Migration Act. She also has experience in judicial review proceedings relating to visa refusals and cancellations.

With a strong focus on holistic support, Stephanie ensures her clients feel heard, informed, and supported throughout what can often be a challenging process. She is particularly skilled in handling matters that require both legal expertise and sensitivity to personal circumstances.

In addition to her legal practice, Stephanie has contributed to policy and advocacy initiatives supporting vulnerable visa holders and has held leadership roles in diversity and inclusion within the legal profession.
